In diesem Intensivkurs hast Du die Möglichkeit, wirklich tief in die Form der Contact Improvisation einzutauchen. Sechs Wochen lang kannst Du mit einem sehr erfahrenen Lehrer in zwei Gruppen engagierter Tänzerinnen und Tänzer üben und intensiv trainieren.
Wir werden unsere Körper mit einer Menge technischer Tools und Tricks füttern, Schritt für Schritt in die Weichheit einladen und hin zu den herausfordernderen Elementen dieser Tanzform.
Auch unseren Geist werden wir anregen, der sich nach einem tieferen Verständnis dessen sehnt, was wir tun, wenn wir CI tanzen und einen menschlichen Körper bewohnen. Und ja, wir werden unsere Seele nähren, die sich nach einer Umgebung von herzoffenen, gleichgesinnten Menschen sehnt, in der künstlerischer Ausdruck genauso wichtig ist wie frische Luft, gesunde Nahrung und Sonnenlicht.
Wir werden mit dem Boden beginnen, uns mit der Schwerkraft und unserem Atem verbinden und ein tiefes Zuhören als Basis für den Kontakt von Körper zu Körper einladen, von der Floor Work am Boden bis zu den Schulterlifts.
Wir wollen uns austauschen, diskutieren und uns Videos ansehen, ausgiebig im Studio arbeiten und die Natur als Landschaft nutzen, um einzutauchen… uns zu verlieren und etwas Neues zu finden. Gemeinsam.

Ist es “okay”, CI mit anderen Formen zu mischen?

GEPLANT IST ENGLISCH ALS UNTERRICHTSSPRACHE MIT DEUTSCHER ÜBERSETZUNG, WENN NÖTIG –
erwartungsgemäß werden Menschen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt dabei sein und die Unterrichtssprache wird Englisch sein.
Falls es den Wunsch nach einer Deutschen Übersetzung gibt, ist das mögllich.

Wir sind eine tolle Gruppe von engagierten Menschen, die mit Neugier und Freude an diesem Projekt interessiert sind.
Dieses INTENSIV-Programm ist nicht für absolute Anfänger geeignet – Grunderfahrungen in CI werden vorausgesetzt.
Für das LEVEL 2 wünschen wir uns eine Gruppe zum “richtig steil gehen” –
falls Du daran interessiert bist, sende uns eine Mail mit Deiner Erfahrung und ein Video von mindestens einer Minute, in dem Du beim CI Tanzen in Solo und Duett oder Trio zu sehen bist.

CI Winter JAM Ende Januar
Von 26. bis 28. Januar laden wir maximal 40 weitere Tänzerinnen und Tänzer ein, um mit uns ein Wochenende voller Jams, Sauna, Schnee und Gemeinschaft zu erleben. Für die Teilnehmer des WINTER INTENSIVE ist die Teilnahme kostenlos.
Für die Wochenendgäste beträgt der Beitrag nur 100 € zuzüglich Unterkunft und Verpflegung –
die Preise dafür liegen zwischen 120 € in einem Schlafsaal und 220 € in einem Einzelzimmer.
Du kannst also das ganze Wochenende mit allem drum und dran für nur 240 € bekommen.

LEVEL 1 - 8 to 28 January
Arrival: Saturday, Jan 6th or Sunday, Jan 7th 2024 during daytime (10 AM to 10 PM)
Beginning: Monday, Jan 8th in the morning
We will finish on Sunday, Jan 28th at 14:00
LEVEL 2 - 2 to 18 February
Arrival Feb 1st during daytime or Feb 2nd until 18:00
The program will start with dinner on Friday evening, February 2nd

Please note that the fee for both Level 1 and Level 2 is split between
1. your contribution for the program with Ulli and
2. accommodation & food with Nature Community
1. the contribution for the Winter Intensive LEVEL 1 or LEVEL 2 with Ulli
For each event the price is 990 € for the first ten tickets, then 1.200 €
FULL PACKAGE
If you want to attend both events, the package for six weeks costs 1.800 € for the first ten tickets, then 2.000 €

The prices contain the full program, accommodation, vegan food (three meals per day), filtered spring water, tea all day long and the use of the Sauna and Wellness area two times per week

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your participation, up to October 15th an administration fee of 250 € will be retained.
From October 16th you will have to pay 500 €/we will keep your deposit. From December 1st the full fee/the Early Bird price of 990 € is due. If you find a substitute/a person who wants to take your spot, your deposit/payment can be used by this person.

depending on the needs of the group, we will decide what serves us best 😉

This INTENSIVE is not for total beginners – some basic experience in CI is a prerequisite.
The LEVEL 2 is only for ci dancers with a strong technical base and at least 2 years of ongoing practice.

From the 26th to the 28th of January we will invite a maximum of 40 additional dancers to join us for a weekend full of jams, Sauna, Snow and community. For the participants of the WINTER INTENSIVE the participation is free of charge.
For the weekend guests the festival fee will only be 120 € plus accommodation & food,
which will range from 120 € (dorm) to 220 € (single room).
